Mr. Clarke earned a bachleors degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Mr. Clarke has over 30 years in the construction industry, including 6 years at Kenbridge Construction while in school before founding MEB General Contractors in 1982. In addition to his duties as president of MEB, he works closely with project managers to ensure quality control and adherence to project schedules.
